Axtrivorent offers education and training services in financial markets. All content provided — including classes, educational materials, market analyses, and practical exercises — is for educational purposes only. Nothing expressed on our website, courses, or communications should be interpreted as personalized financial advice, investment recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities or financial instruments.

Specific cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in the individual program enrollment contract. In general terms, a cooling-off period of 10 calendar days from enrollment is offered, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this site. We comply with Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its regulatory provisions.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the site or services, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
10. Modifications
Axtrivorent reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications shall take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site after any modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
